Ying Ker Lou

Ying Ker Lou is an authentic Chinese-Hakka Cuisine fine dining restaurant. Their founders, managements and chefs are all Hakkas.

At Ying Ker Lou, they make sure there is no MSG is added in their food preparation. Although preservation of the original food flavor and taste is strictly important, but they try to strike a balance between taste and healthy eating, paying attention to the fresh ingredients and seasoning used while retaining the richness in taste that Hakka Cuisine is world renowned for.

Their signature dishes include traditional dishes such as Hakka Stuffed Bean Curd, Pork Knuckle with Ginger and Rice Vinegar, Hakka Style Fried Pork Belly with Black Fungus, Chicken with Ginger and Rice Wine, and Braised Pork with Preserved Vegetable.

Xian Ding Wei 鲜定味

If you have never been to Taiwan but would like to try the Taiwanese local foods, GOOD NEWS!!!! You can have it at Xian Ding Wei!.

This is the place that focusing on Taiwanese beverages and well-known Taiwanese dishes.

The price is reasonable and good food!

Taiwanese Supreme Chicken in 3 variety of Sauces – Taste well and very worth for the value. It also comes with the chinese steam soup.

IMG_2276 IMG_2278Bamboo Shoot Pumpkin Bun – This is highly recommended! You have to try this. I have never eaten such a skin of the bun. The skin is made by the pumpkin. Smooth, a bit sticky, and taste very well. It comes with 3 Bun.

TARBUSH

TARBUSH is the first and one of the leading Middle Eastern Restaurant. They started in 1998 with a small sandwich bar in Ampany Point (Malaysia) serving sharwarma and other small bites to the mall goers.

Today, TARBUSH has opened several branches that are strategically located at Jalan Bukit Bintang, Starhill Gallery and most recently, Sunway Pyramid. Beside klang valley, they also has a branch at Batu Feringghi, Penang.

We was there at the Sunway Pyramid branch. If you like to enjoy a nice view, I would recommend you have your fine dining at the Sunway Pyramid branch and choose a table at their balcony. You will enjoy the view of the whole Sunway Lagoon.

TARBUSH Salad – Their signature dish of romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, white radish tossed in TARBUSH sauce and drizzled with lemon and olive oil, topped with crunchy, toasted Lebanese bread.  IMG_1768

Falafel - Patties formed from chickpeas combined with spring onions. Deep fried and served with tahina sauce.

Labneh – Cottage cheese drained through cheesecloth until thick and creamy then topped with dry mint leaves, olives and olive oil.IMG_1770

Hommus Meat – Hommus topped with sliced, black-pepper sauteed lamb.
